Adragos Pharma is a globally operating Private Equity firm based out of Munich, Germany. We differ in approach, execution, and investor base to ordinary PE firms: Sector focus Highly regulated and complex industries require deep expertise and surgical focus. Especially when aiming for a fast company build-up. That is why we restrict our activities to a single industry vertical – we do pharma. Responsible Ownership We strictly limit debt financing and charge only a fraction of normal management fees, thus reducing undue dependency on banks and operational cash drain during a phase when the company requires unobstructed and healthy development. Entrerpreneurship and Teamwork The responsibility to build a company cannot be delegated. We define the fate of all acquired assets ourselves, by assuming active management roles in business operations. We employ a cooperative management approach – personal integrity and passionate leadership do not have to be sacrificed for high returns; they enable them.
