The Addison Reserve® Country Club is a Distinguished Elite Club Award recipient and is recognized as a Platinum Club of America, ranking #7 among the top 150 Platinum Country Clubs in the nation and ranking #34 in the Platinum Clubs of the World. Addison Reserve® is also recognized as one of America's Healthiest Clubs, ranking in the top ten percent in the nation with a focus on health and wellness for members and staff. Members began arriving at the Club in 1996, and in May 2002, Addison Reserve® became a member owned and operated community. This magnificent Club was inspired by the unique vision of famed Florida architect, Addison Mizner. This unique focus on the environment is one of the main reasons Addison Reserve® has recaptured the elegant early style of Florida living. Addison Reserve® Country Club is a golf and tennis community of 717 luxury single-family homes situated on 653 acres. Homes in Addison Reserve® are located in nineteen Villages that are situated on three Arthur Hills-designed championship 9-hole golf courses. Nearly all of the houses in the Club are positioned so that each one has a magnificent view of the golf course or one of our many lakes. There are three championship golf courses with 27 holes designed by Arthur Hills, and a driving range and practice facilities for pitching and putting. The 70,000 sq. ft. clubhouse offers a Main Dining Room, which overlooks our signature waterfall; stYr, the 4,300 square foot lounge with wraparound terrace; two private dining rooms for special events and meetings and Vault, the wine room, is available for chef-prepared and hosted intimate dinners. The golf pro shop and golf cart/bag storage facility, ladies’ and men’s card rooms and patio dining area overlook the golf driving range and exquisite waterfall feature. The Esplanade consists of approximately 20,000 square feet and contains the Tennis / Fitness / Aquatic Center and Spa.
