All of our assessments have been construct validated in accordance with "Standard of Educational Psychological Tests and Manuals", which is referred to in paragraph (2)1607.6, "Minimum Standards for Evaluation", Federal Register, Volume 35. Our assessments are therefore not discriminatory, and are in compliance with EEOC and other Federal regulations. The Reliability and Validity Manual published by Achievement Tec establishes the legal and written confirmation that this evaluation was professionally developed and validated in accordance with commonly accepted procedures of validation. Achievement Tec will defend the validation for any company using these assessments, but cannot assist any company as a result of the misuse or abuse of them. When we created this program, our primary goal was to insure that the re-seller realizes the majority of the revenues attained from selling these assessments. The purpose was to offer interested consultants an excellent opportunity to enhance their annual incomes.
