What Is AccuBilt Automated Systems?

Founded in 1988, AccuBilt Automated Systems is a full-service supplier of turnkey automation integration services. We specialize in the design and build of dedicated and flexible robotic welding cells as well as material handling, inspection and test, and many other processes. We design and build "standard" AccuBilt welding cells, custom cells, and will integrate to customer-supplied new and existing equipment. We have experience with all major robotic and welding equipment suppliers. Within our modern manufacturing facility, located in Jackson, Michigan, we offer in-house: mechanical design; fabricating and machining; machine/fixture build; controls design, build, and programming; project management; installation/run-off support; and continuing 24/7 customer service. AccuBilt partners with each customer to ensure exemplary service, from the initial contact through needs analysis, design, production, test runs, in-house training and follow-up service with a highly trained staff capable of supporting all of the above.
