We build this company because we see an opportunity in helping ISP's moving away from a billing relationship with their clients, into becoming a brand that deliveries a TOTAL experience around networking. For the past many years, ISP brands have moved from the top of highly valuable brands, and are today very low on the list, amongst other because of the consumer experience they deliver: - In a world where our houses are designed and we really consider design as a critical factor, you should not need to hide your network equipment - Routers from your ISP and how they are managed, have not seen much innovation over the past many years. Quality of Experience is many times the consumers challenge and not something the service provider takes responsibility for - No proactivity in experience/customer support. Today you can fix consumers problems even before they have the bad experience That is why we are here.
