The AVK Group is one of the leading manufacturers of valves and fittings within the water, gas, waste water, industrial and fire protection industries worldwide and has 90 companies globally. The UK Group of companies has a combined, current annual turnover of over £75m, employing around 400 people in the UK. Our product program comprises a large range of valves, hydrants, pipe fittings and accessories, each complying with the highest standards of safety and durability. Our focus is on the products designed and manufacture to the British Standards, however, the AVK Group today offers products in accordance with the most national and international standards. Production takes place in Chesterfield, Hyde and Corby, Site Solutions along with Resilient Flood Protection is available from our Maidstone location and our Specialist Engineering Services are based in Prestwick. Our UK warehouses in Corby and Chesterfield stock the widest range of valves and fittings for Water and Gas Utility customers nationally and internationally and our UK engineers and technical teams provide customer support. In 2017 AVK acquired the major share of Fusion Group Ltd based in Chesterfield and who specialise in a broad range of polyethylene electro-fusion fittings and related products.
