For every mission, we deploy a holistic approach involving After Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain… Our clients seek our engagement on 3 kinds of projects: 1/ Operational performance enhancement: develop products and services with set cost targets (Design-to-Cost/Redesign-to-Cost), recurring costs reduction (OPEX), investments optimization (CAPEX), Non-Quality elimination, Time-To-Market reduction... 2 / Transformation: operating model shifting to face strategic challenges as defined with executive management: organization makeover, processes, ways of working and interfaces, co-constructed with actors in the field and middle management 3 / Project turnaround: securing milestones and deliverables, economic recovery, in environments with high technology contents, a wide array of stakeholders as well as very demanding requirements from the principal stakeholders, on major programs with societal impacts Consultants from Avencore are all engineers, distributed across 4 offices in Paris, Düsseldorf, New York and Shanghai.
