ARCHER JORDAN is a national insurance brokerage, general agency, TPA, and technology firm, which focuses on fringe benefit administration and trust services for prevailing wage workers and hourly employees. Headquartered in Texas and with offices in Virginia and California, ARCHER JORDAN was established in 2012 by James Jordan, the company’s current President and CEO. ARCHER JORDAN offers third party administration (TPA) and trust services through its two programs: Arrow Contractors Trust for government contractors and Workforce Benefits America for the hourly workforce. Both programs utilize an advanced HR Management System and offer benefit plans that can be customized based on client and employee needs and the risks involved in the nature of work. ARCHER JORDAN’s mission is to help American corporations - particularly those employing government contractors and hourly workers - ensure compliance with strict labor state and federal laws such as the Davis Bacon Act and the Service Contracts Act. Our main goal is to create a win-win situation where our clients save money and time and the employees receive what is rightfully theirs under existing laws.
