What Is ALS Association Mid-America Chapter?

Our vision is a world without ALS Our Mission: To discover treatments and a cure for ALS, and to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest. The Mid-America Chapter provides support for people with ALS and their families living in Kansas, Nebraska and central/western Missouri. We partner with medical facilities to provide multi-disciplinary clinical care in Kansas City, Omaha and West Plains, MO. The Chapter also partners with the University of Missouri Health Care to provide an ALS Treatment Center in Columbia, MO and at CoxHealth in Springfield, MO. Thanks to the Ice Bucket Challenge and other generous donors, we now have a TeleClinic in Wichita.
