Company History 2008 Masse invested in the acquisition of the distressed Holiday Inn Select in Woburn, MA 2009 David R Masse became majority owner in the Holiday Inn Select 2009 AAM 15 Management was formed by Masse to operate the hotel 2009 – 2010 Improved hotel operations and began improving the physical plant 2010 Completed major renovation of public areas and conceptual change of restaurant 2012 Completed major renovation of guest rooms, exterior, and all mechanical systems 10/ 2012 Rebranded hotel to Crowne Plaza 2013 Crowne Plaza Boston Woburn received IHG's Renovation of the year Award. 2013 & 2014 Recipient of IHG's Torchbearer Award for brand leading guest satisfaction results. 2015 Masse shifted emphasis for growth from Compass Realty (retail real estate investment and management) and Panther Properties (first class multi – family residential investment and management) to AAM 15 Management hospitality investment and management Oct. 2016 Entered a joint venture to acquire the Residence Inn Burlington, MA Jan. 2017 Closed on acquisition of the Cambria Suites Hotel Roanoke, VA.
