Since inception, owners, Michele Savino and Executive Chef Peter DeVito, have believed in bringing top quality food & genuine hospitality to their customers. This tradition was soon to be carried on with 121 Inflight Catering. In 2007, 121 Inflight Catering was established. Our goal was to deliver the same highly acclaimed food and service to VIP and private aviation customers. Expanding on our successes in the VIP catering segment, our focus has turned to offering premier quality catering and aircraft services to international commercial airlines. Headquartered at JFK airport with locations in Oxford, CT and North Salem, NY, 121 caters to all of NY, NJ, CT, BOS & DC. 121 is FDA , Medina and US Department of Defense inspected, HACCP compliant, and Halal certified with a separate Halal production kitchen. 121 possesses their NY & NJ Port Authority Privilege Permit, Borders & Customers Compliance agreement, a fleet of hi loader trucks and refrigerated vehicles, $25 million liability insurance and a bonded warehouse.
