As an AHRQ listed Patient Safety Organization, The PSO Advisory provides pharmacies, pharmacy-related organizations and hospitals with innovative, expert guidance for addressing systems and policies as they relate to the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act (PSQIA) of 2005.
