Each candidate is fully screened based on the predetermined conditions outlined in each management contract. Notwithstanding, all candidates must be run through a national criminal background check while drug testing is determined by each position and property specific. Moreover, local operations recruiters/supervisors/managers dedicate quality time with each client to understand specific management operations in order to tailor recruitment efforts. All candidates must be specifically matched to the job description and the client organizational culture and values. Moreover, recruiters/supervisors/managers follow a three-step interview process which ends with the \job realistic preview\ where candidates are introduced to the client premises and local standard before their start date.
