Port Security Services, Inc. (PSS) was launched following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. With over 35 years of marine-industry experience, PSS president Ralph Gogliettino took action to better-protect our open ports & service delivery areas. Port Security Services provides a wide array of security services to U.S. Coast Guard, TSA, DHS, CFATS, NERC, FERC regulated maritime (MTSA) petrochemical terminals, refineries, pipelines, utility companies, as well as ships, barges and tug boats. Some of the services we offer include: -Access control -Full screening & escort services Tanker truck loading management -PIC (Person in Charge) dock personnel for dock watch during vessel operations -Perimeter surveillance & intrusion/detection services -Unarmed & armed maritime officers both land-side and aboard our security patrol vessels. -U.S. Customs and Boarder Protection (CBP) gangway & ship detainee watches. With locations in Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Texas; Port Security Services is here to protect your waterways.
