What Is Pacific Controls?

For 25 years Pacific Controls has been a business built on solution selling, ensuring that the customer receives the best possible resolution to their process control problems. Originally formed in 1987 as the official representatives for Fisher in Queensland, our territory has expanded to include New South Wales, Papua New Guinea, Fiji and New Caledonia. Pacific Controls has grown considerably through a sustained product growth policy coupled with a recruitment drive that ensures we remain dedicated to providing customers with the correct solutions to technical problems that can be implemented and also have longevity. As a result of this policy, Pacific Controls enjoys a significant spread of customers and an install base that continues to grow and be support by Technicians and Engineers based in Brisbane, Sydney and Gladstone. The business is structured to assist customers through the various project phases; Pre FEED, FEED, detail design, project management and supply. We also follow this through to post supply support with our service department, which is able to provide commissioning support as well as shut down maintenance and planning. Within our Brisbane offices we have a committed team of qualified and technically competent Engineers who can correctly select and size products to meet any of our customer's specific needs. Aftersales support is maintained through continued contact with our customers by our Account Managers and Service Manager. This communication provides our customers with a reassurance that Pacific Controls are there to provide consistent on-going support. In recent years Pacific Controls has expanded its capabilities to offer Systems Integration. This work seeks to bring together the quality brands that we support and combine them into a system meeting the customer's specific process or functional requirements.
