ProgForce.com is a Global Software House with offshore branches in Russia & Ukraine. Our services: We offer various sofware services, including assignment of software engineers, project managers, senior software engineers, team leaders, architects, UI web designers, DBA, Linux specialists, QA testers and others. We cover: C#, ASP, .NET, C/C++, JAVA, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, Delphi, Python, Perl and more. We also offer full TurnKey software projects implementation from the proposal to completion, including QA services. Our management philosophy: A local experienced CTO runs each of our R&D centers, leads the work and controls the projects from the design stage though development and QA testing stage. The CTO and the team leaders are acting as the “long arms” of the customer, responsible for full reporting, control & supervision to assure on-time & successful completion of the tasks. Quality assurance and control system: We use an advanced controlling system to provide our customers with full transparency and to bridge over the geographic distance. We use an Internet-based biometric fingertip identification working hours control, web-based project management tools, audio/visual communication and on-going Skype attendance of each of our employees. In addition, we assign a local Customer Manager as a contact person for the customer, to define the work specifications and support as required. Engineers Skills & recruitment process: All our employees are graduated engineers. We recruit them through a unique process which is conducted jointly by Israeli and local representatives. In addition to the standard recruitment process, all the candidates participate in a training course led by top level Israeli instructors, and we hire the best engineers from the course.
