Today, Pattishall, McAuliffe's Chicago and Alexandria, Virginia offices constitute one of the largest trademark practices in the United States. Firm members participated in drafting the Trademark Law Revision Act of 1989 and the recent Illinois Right of Publicity Statute. They also have served as U.S. government delegates to international trademark treaty negotiations in Geneva and Nairobi.
