The Australian entity of Intralot is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intralot SA which is based in Athens, Greece. Intralot SA, a publicly listed company established in 1992, is a leading gaming solutions supplier and operator active in 52 regulated jurisdictions around the globe with 1.1 billion turnover and a global workforce of 5,100 employees. Intralot handles an average of 24 billion of wagers per year and has installed and operates more than 300,000 of its proprietary terminals around the globe. Intralot Australia's wholly owned subsidiary, Intralot Gaming Services Pty Ltd (IGS), is Victoria's single electronic gaming machine (EGM) Monitoring Licensee awarded by the Minister for Gaming. The 15-year licence commenced August 2012. IGS provides the electronic monitoring system for all hotel and club gaming machines in Victoria. Under the EGM Monitoring Licence, IGS also provides data and information on gaming machines for regulatory, taxation and research purposes.
