H & M Bay has been providing pick-up and delivery service to shippers since 1982. Approximately 90% of our shipments are temperature controlled LTL loads. We maintain a strategic network of dispatch offices, cross-docking and distribution centers, cold storage facilities, and owner-operators throughout the continental United States. H & M Bay picks up LTL and Full Truckload dry, frozen and refrigerated product throughout its network area, selects the most efficient and economical method to final destination, and delivers an average of 20 million pounds of product a week on schedule. Our new headquarters facility in Federalsburg, Maryland, boasts an integrated dispatch computer system specifically tailored to our unique operations. This system handles a customer order from start to finish. All employees are thoroughly trained in operating the system to maximize efficiencies and service our many customers.
