Construction Materials Engineering Services & Construction Management HVJ provides Construction Material Engineering services throughout all phases of a job design, materials selection, specification review, and construction. Materials are evaluated on site and in HVJ's fully equipped accredited laboratory facilities. Pavement Engineering Services As one of a small number of U.S. companies specializing in pavement engineering, HVJ works with local and state governments, airport authorities, the U.S. military, and fellow engineering firms to meet ever-growing pavement demands.
