HT&E – Here, There & Everywhere – is a leading media and entertainment business listed on the ASX (HT1), with diverse assets in Australia and Hong Kong. Formerly listed as APN News & Media, HT&E reflects the company’s portfolio of leading, high quality metropolitan media assets across radio and digital, and marks a more strategic and integrated collaboration across its businesses - ARN, Conversant Media, Emotive and Gfinity Esports Australia. In Australia, HT&E owns Australian Radio Network (ARN), one of the country's leading broadcasters. Its brands, which include the KIIS Network, Pure Gold Network, iHeartRadio, The Edge96.One and Mix106.3 Canberra, reach over four and a half million listeners each week, and are dominant in commercially lucrative advertising demographics. ARN also has a majority investment in content marketing agency, Emotive, which launched in February 2015.
