Emory Hill and Company is a full service Construction Management and Development Company that also serves as General Contractor. The firm was founded by R. Clayton Emory and Robert H. Hill in 1981, with Carmen J. Facciolo, Jr. joining in 1983. Emory Hill originated in Newark, Delaware, and has since expanded its operational territory to Maryland, Southern and Central New Jersey and five counties in the greater Philadelphia Metro area. Originally, the construction division supported mainly the company's own development projects. Today, diversified and expanded Construction Management services constitute over eighty percent of our annual volume. To date, Emory Hill has built and developed over 15 million square feet with a value of approximately four hundred and fifty million dollars. This dynamic growth is the direct result of Emory Hill's commitment to quality, exceptional performance, and personal service.
