We own and operate Residential, Commercial and Student Accommodation portfolio's in Gauteng. Citiq Property Services (Pty) as the asset manager provide the full spectrum funding, finance, design & development services including property administration, rental collection, call center infrastructure, leasing, project management and facilities management. We are a business which core values in Innovation, Simplicity, Community, Excellence and Integrity is applied in our vision to become the preferred affordable Student Accommodation Provider in Africa. In 2020 we focused on Diversification to ensure we can create a truly integrated services organisation focused on empowerment, innovation and entrepreneurship. Our sustainable asset management practices are implemented to ensure the necessary yields is provided to our funder's and shareholders alike. CGES is a privately-owned business and is not listed on the JSE. Old Mutual (through Futuregrowth) holds the strategic stake in the business, as well as the major funder of the group. Our services expands across Asset and Property Management, Integrated Services (Technical & Soft Services), Technology Services, Value Added Services and finally Financial Services. As a services business our strength lies in our Human Assets and they are the core of our business. Empowerment is a fundamental part of our business and we believe in the development of our people through structured learning in a diversified environment. Our Group structure includes the creation, activation with mergers & acquisitions of like mined niche or unique services companies which believe the African Continent needs a change in the vision and philosophy how we look at the empowerment of the the future nations on the continent.
