Coastal, marine and environmental engineering. Bill Baird launched the company in 1981 with three distinct goals. One was to actively seek out the most challenging projects, wherever they may be. Another was to advance science and engineering methods where water meets land. And the third was to have fun doing it. (Yes, fun.) Of course, it's fun with a purpose.
