Just as an efficient electrical system utilizes 3 phases to ensure a smooth uninterrupted flow of power, Lex Products embraces a 3 Phase Philosophy to consistently exceed our customers' expectations. The First Phase is INNOVATION in product design. In evaluating a new or re-designed product, we endeavor to design its features with the newest technology to provide the best, most convenient, time-saving and practical advantages. But our most important goal is for our products to be safer and longer-lasting. At the end of the day, this is not only what our customers want and need; it is our own benchmark when designing products that makes our customers' lives easier and safer. The second phase is QUALITY of manufacture. Simply put, we are obsessed with the manufactured quality of the products that we build. The components that we utilize must meet strict criteria before going into one of our cable assemblies or power distribution products. And, if we can't find the proper component, we have been known to design and tool-it-up ourselves. At every stage in the manufacturing process, we go through a rigorous testing and inspection process to ensure that the multitude of electrical and control circuitry is intact and in perfect working order. It may sound old fashioned, but our products are built by skilled craftsman who take great pride in their work. Before the Lex label is ever applied, every component that goes into a Lex Product must meet our standards, or it won't be let out of the shop. The third phase is SERVICE. We built our business by meeting delivery deadlines for the motion pictures industry, theater, concerts, and live-events. When a customer calls with a need, we'll do whatever is humanly and physically possible to ensure their success. And don't be surprised if we call to see how your application went. We want to find out if there is anything we can do to improve the product for the future. But we don't stop there. Each year, Lex Products participates in the ESTA customer Service Survey, and when the results from the survey come in, we analyze them and make changes to improve our performance. At Lex, 3600 Feedback is not just a buzz word; it is what keeps our customers coming back, and designates us as a regular finalist in the ESTA Dealer's Choice Customer Service Award. This annual award, which Lex Products won in 2000, is presented to the company that is rated highest in customer service by the ESTA membership. Again, this year, we are a finalist, and are very proud and honored to be among the caliber of companies chosen by ESTA members. So that is the Lex Products Philosophy: Innovation, Quality and Service. It is this 3-Phased approach that has made our company grow and expand into new and emerging markets, such as the Military, Convention and Industrial sectors. And, it is this approach that will ensure our future growth.
