Our exceptional Adult Day Health Care program and Home Health Services offer in-home activities and personalized medical services to help seniors maintain health, dignity, and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Serving Oswego, Jefferson, and Onondaga counties. St. Luke Health Services is a part of The St. Luke Family of Caring, a proud affiliation of community-based, not-for-profit healthcare and residential service providers serving the greater-Oswego County area, and includes Bishop’s Commons Enriched Housing Residence and St. Francis Commons Assisted Living Residence. Together we provide community, care, and services to over 300 individuals daily.
