RENEW provides the up-front capital and expertise to design, furnish, install, and operate and maintain the new systems under an energy service agreement (ESA), Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), or both. For the duration of the agreement, portions of the savings are paid monthly to RENEW and to the building owner.
