Investacorp Inc. was founded in 1978, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc., a publicly traded financial services firm. Investacorp Inc. is a FINRA registered independent broker-dealer and Investacorp Advisory Services, Inc., our sister company, is a SEC registered RIA. Together we serve nearly 500 financial professionals across the country. Investacorp has assembled a broad variety of fee-based advisory programs and commission-based products for our advisors. More importantly, we also provide the guidance and counsel needed to fully utilize all of the resources available on our platforms. In addition, Investacorp affords access to trust services, estate planning consultants, a general insurance agency for fixed insurance needs, and a full suite of investment banking products, research and services.
