Located in Herndon, Virginia, IBTS has a staff of 120 people, including engineers, architects, inspectors, and regulatory specialists. It has field personnel located throughout the nation. The Institute's multi-disciplined staff of engineers and technicians have expertise in program administration, performance measurement, auditing, quality management, information systems and support, housing/building regulations, and design and construction contract administration.
