Since 1919, Dairy Council of California has been an innovator in nutrition education. We strive to enhance the health and well-being of children and adults by enabling individuals to make healthful food and lifestyle choices. Dairy Council of California provides free K-8 technology-based and print nutrition education classroom materials to Educators and nutrition education on the Internet and in print for Health Professionals in California. Our printed materials are available for purchase in states other than California (we are unable to provide materials outside of the U.S.). Our sister site, Meals Matter, provides customized nutrition information that enables users to plan healthier family meals. We recognize that taste and enjoyment of foods are important factors in healthy food choices. The interactive educational tools, recipes, cookbook, meal planning calendar and shopping lists provide a range of useful features to make planning healthy meals easier.
