THE LINCOLN CENTER (TLC) for Family and Youth is a nonprofit education and human services organization serving Montgomery County, PA and surrounding areas. Founded in 1970 and incorporated in 1983, TLC is one of the region's largest community-based organizations providing education and mental health support to individuals, families, and communities. TLC is comprised of four division: The Leadership Academy (home of TLC's trademarked Transformational Education model), School-based Counseling, Community Counseling Center, and Victim Services. TLC also provides tutoring and coaching services.
