Towards that end we strive for each transaction to be as enjoyable as possible for all parties involved. We started Shannon Waltchack in 2005 because we love finding, purchasing and owning real estate. We have always had a passion for value enhancing opportunities for our investors, many of whom have never owned or managed commercial real estate and actively seek out opportunities to partner with Brokers who find new opportunities. Further, we are committed to improving our community and have been actively involved in helping revitalize Birmingham through creative redevelopment and adaptive reuse over the past 2 decades. Our services have expanded over the years to share our expertise with our current investors and other like-minded individuals and corporations, and we offer 3rd-party brokerage, property and construction management, and investment services that can be tailored to each client's needs. This affiliation allows us to utilize a network of global resources, including an on-the-ground presence and research analytics in more than 200 different markets including over 800 brokers.
